Add a Default Birdcage Flash Hider to the M4A1

Just having exposed threads for the M4 isn't realistic for a weapon being used by an operator and also looks ugly. It doesn't need to add any extra stats, it just needs to be there.

There are optional muzzle attachments available in game, including birdcage flash hiders.

As of this writing, Build Ver 80, the Flash Hider does not reduce or hid flash.
