Who is responsible

Reissad Studio SAS, 5 Passage du Quignon, 92000 Nanterre, France, is responsible for the data collected on this website. Contact: contact@reissad.com.

What we collect and why

Sign in with Steam: your Steam ID, public profile name and avatar, to show who wrote a post and keep your profile. We never see your Steam password.

Sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, name and avatar, for the same reasons. If you tick "Also join the Reissad Discord", Discord lets us add you to our server, once; we do not keep that right. We never see your Discord password.

Bug reports, suggestions, comments and votes you post, to run the boards and improve the game.

Newsletter: your email address and the consent you gave, to send you game news, updates, playtests, promotions and giveaways. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Job applications (Careers): what you send us (name, email, location, portfolio, CV, the job you do, your experience, tools, languages, availability, contract and salary wishes), to review your application. An AI helps us sort applications and read CVs; a person always decides. If you tick it, we keep your profile for future positions.

Playtests you apply to: your email, country, languages, age confirmation and the PC you play on, to pick testers and send keys.

Technical data: your IP address, kept briefly to block spam and abuse.

Legal basis

Your consent (newsletter, keeping your application for future positions), the steps you ask for before a possible contract (job application), the service you ask for (account, posts, playtests) and our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe.

Who receives it

Only the Reissad team and the providers that run the website: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, in the EU), our email provider, and Anthropic (AI that helps sort job applications). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Profile, posts and votes: as long as your account is used, then up to 3 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or after 3 years without activity. Job applications: for the time of the recruitment, or 2 years after our last exchange if you asked us to keep your profile; before the end we ask if you want us to keep it. Anti-abuse data: a few days.

Cookies

Only the cookies the website needs: your sign-in session and a reminder that you subscribed to the newsletter. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@reissad.com. We answer within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
