All honesty, I don't mind the idea but I also believe that not knowing how or who killed you is what makes this game more realistic, entertaining, and different. I would like this but as a game option for something like realistic and arcade modes so it doesn't loose its unique charm.

Adding this will provide information to the dead player and their team that they should not be able to obtain. You aren't supposed to know what happened. You're dead.
This completely removes the player from the immersive experience this game instills. Mistakes are punished but at least you get another life to find an alternative solution.
Upgrading the spawn system is an unrelated issue.

I think this should be an option in custom games (off by default) and in some game modes. Overall, I think this would break the flow of the game in most cases, though.

I'd like this if your view was from your screaming dying character's perspective, facing whatever why you're lying.
Which would make finishing you off (silencing you) even more intense.
And if you're shot dead dead, then no dying cam.

I at least need a kill feed

Maybe better to approach this is a view from a drop cam, the drop positions are random, this give briefly info of the surrendering but not necessary showing who killed you. It makes sense cause player still screaming when they lay on the ground, aim to the dying player will shut down the camera, this give people more reason to shot at the scream body.

Double Kill gameplay mechanics. This delayed death machine increase gameplay experience where 2 players face to face at corner. Scenario 1) head shot, fatal injuries, no shooting back, no double kill. Scenario 2) non-fatal injuries. As soon as the character turn from normal to downed state. The character turn into ragdoll, like the one we currently have here in BuildVer 70. Movement control disabled, aiming is fixed or limited to +/- 30 degree, or to whatever the ragdoll is doing. Player can still pull the trigger, bullet hit still count until the enemy make the final head shot for confirm kill.
This double kill gameplay mechanics does not need to be part of teammate revival system mentioned in post "Add a Downed State and Teammate Revival System"
