Add Turning Off the Camera When Quitting the Game

Make it so whenever you quit the game, it does the camera turn off before the game actually shuts off.

When the Quit Game button is pressed in the tablet, currently the game just closes. Considering that starting the game and starting a match has the feature of the operator turning on the camera, I feel like quitting the game should similarly have the operator reach up to turn the camera off before the game closes. Just a little extra slice of immersion.
