As an IRL FPV drone pilot, I think this would be an amazing feature for practicing and improving flying skills before real matches. It would also be perfect for creating content, especially YouTube Shorts, to showcase different flying techniques and skills during battles.

Host a private game with any map in death match, without bots (might work with any mode – but I've always used death match).
When you do this there is no cooldown on the drone and you can practice on any map forever. If you crash, you can launch a new drone immediately.

add a room to practice flying drones in the main room. its good for people who dont have drones, live in places where they are banned and people who dont want to spend to money. the FPV physics in the game are great, because of that people need a place to practice them so they can use the drone to the best of its ability

After some research I saw that before this update there was a drone testing area, could we have zero drone cooldown in those areas for sure? Most optimal would be a setting in private lobbies to test it on a large scale map, its fun, but the cooldown is buns

Practicing flying in bodycam is a pain right now because there's no option to turn off the drone cooldown in private matches. It would be nice to have that option so you can spend more time practicing or testing settings without having to spend most of the match waiting to use the drone again.

You already can. host a game of trenches private no bots on gun game or deathmatch. itll stay in the starting time where theres no drone cooldown. :)

With the new drone updates we need to be able to practice repeatedly, I would love a very simple, larger map that is only accessible solo.
The map needs to feature the ability to repeatedly use the drone, rather than having to wait for the cooldown.

there are many proffs drone flyers in BODYCAM as we noticed, make drone map for them, so they can fully enjoy the Acro mode, and we enjoy their gameplay.

Right now when I spend reisssad points to get new parts for the drones and such you can't immediately deploy it to see the difference from parts that were changed out. But looking back from what i said, if you do add no cool down then other players in the shooting range would probably spam skill and troll other players. Maybe make a room or game mode to test your devices out unlimitedly.

In my opinion there should be a map only for the training of drones with obstacles and more (yk). Maybe if possible some type of a tutorial.
I know im able to fly on the battle maps, but it aint the same, because the maps are limited in hight and width.
Also in some places there are way to less options to fly.
Im aware that it is easier said than done, so at least try to expand the hight of the maps a bit (so that you dont crash into a transparent wall).

i am trying to learn how to fly the drone on full acro in a private lobby with the trench map but it is so infurriating with these things:
*the constant 30 seconds reset
*switching back to my drone automatically, then my rifle automatically, then i am required to switch back tot he drone manually to use it again.
*lack of settings
*no drone course map

It would be nice if we could pick a map and add bots with options like moving or standing etc. Also if we could try the locked weapons there. It would also be nice if we could practice using drones.
