Reduce the Camera Correction Frequency

Under considerationby Dennis · 02 Sept

Reduce how frequently the bodycam view automatically corrects or recenters itself. When this adjustment occurs too often, it can feel intrusive and disrupt the fluidity of movement and aiming. A lower frequency and smoother transition would preserve the dynamic bodycam effect while making the camera feel more comfortable and predictable.

I didnt take the complaints seriously on reddit, theyre usually dramatic but the amount of times my guy is adjusting the bodycam and blocking my entire view is just absurd. Im all for realism and immersive gameplay but its a tad too frequent as of right now

The random body cam adjust is a good idea but the randomness of it hurts gameplay sometimes. What if instead it being random, we can adjust it every time that is needed when a shootout or you run occurs. Downside to that is the camera can be at an angle, sideways....OR EVEN UPSIDE DOWN? Pick and choose when the best time is to readjust or suffer the consequences!

Reduce the frequency of the character model adjusting the body camera. Great feature for immersion but obstructs view too often.

The player adjusts the camera way too frequently. It's disruptive to gameplay and creates too many BS deaths.

Yeah this mechanic is just infuriating to deal with. It makes rounding corners a death sentence and if you spawn in front of an opponent they have a full second window where you cant see them. Please either remove it or add the option to disable it

I would be in favor of a few restrictions, for example regarding aiming, such as not correcting it or canceling it immediately. If I were in combat, I wouldn't think about whether the camera was still okay, only if it was quiet, and even then it wouldn't be the top priority.
