Allow players to open and view the scoreboard after being eliminated, including while spectating or waiting for the next round. Although the tablet cannot be used while dead, the scoreboard contains useful match information that players should still be able to access. If necessary for competitive balancing, this could be controlled through a server option.
Don't make the scoreboard only accessible via the tablet. Now we have to take time in game when respawning just to look at who is in the game or how many people have joined. And now it takes time to see where you are on the leaderboard for various game modes

On death you have to wait for the "disconnected" screen to pass to view the scoreboard. I should be able to instantly view the scoreboard on hotkey.
