Add optional settings to customize the information displayed on the bodycam overlay, such as the date, time, recording indicator, and player or camera identification. Each element could be enabled or disabled individually, allowing players to create a more authentic bodycam display while keeping the HUD as minimal as they prefer.
Also maybe some minute details like Time Alive.
I think they should lean into the bodycam = AR/XR like how holding reloading gives us our ammo count even though the soldier isn't actually counting their ammo. For example if they add pinging I think they could explain it in lore that the bodycam has AR capabilities connected to the squad
i think it would be very cool if you could customize your view model as well

yes that would be awesome!! I'm basically forced to use a reshade mod to get my overlay of choice
