Add Team-Specific Colors and Uniforms
Under considerationby Hamperdoo · 02 Sept
Give each team distinct visual identifiers to make friendly and enemy players easier to recognize during combat.
These differences could include colored armbands, tape, patches, or team-specific clothing styles. For example, one team could wear tactical uniforms while the other uses more casual clothing.
This would improve visual clarity and reduce accidental team kills without relying entirely on HUD indicators.

I think that just having a green outline around a person is a little weird, instead I’d suggest using armbands or tape for identification. Of course only in team modes.

In my opinion it shouldn’t just be random, would be cool if it actually was based on maps. If u look at the trenches map, it would be cool to have like NATO Vs Russia skins (or maybe not just Russia, could also have like China and North Korea, Iran), same goes for CQB powerhouse, and for Russian building. While maps like paintball, airsoft and backrooms could have more casual skins. And like worn house, hospital and abandoned pool could have all factions. Could be nice if you could then buy skins for each faction. So like you’ll have a NATO faction, an opfor faction with Russia, North Korea, China and Iran. Then like a rebel faction, with like criminals and insurgents, and a PMC faction.
Letting you buy skins for the specific factions.

it would be nice and maybe better that opposing team have different uniforms maybe you can know that its the enemy cause with that small marker is not that visible ..... i know other games have it too but we dont have a map to see opposition and i like that to be truthful

Instead of teammates names floating above their head, give us armbands with color to really make it even more hardcore

I would make some colored stripes or details in the body armour of the player, in versus game mode especially, that way u guys dont break the realism with the green rectangles and names on top, it could be like team 1 is green, and team 2 is yellow. Just some colored armbands and maybe helmets. I will show you some pics. Just like real life war and battles, dont make them too shiny, but visible enough to differenciate teammates from opponents. Thanks.

This would be more realistic and EVEN more helpful in causing less TKs for many reasons;
1 - the teammate markers sometimes dont show up immediately (i.e someone comes out of a corner or smth)
2 - it shows markers for teammates behind enemies, so an enemy is in front of you, you're deceived into thinking they're your teammate.
3 - your brain is prone to shooting a type of attire, but if everyone's dressed the same, even when the marker is there your brain tends to not think of them as allies and your first instinct is to shoot. And in bodycam thats serious because 1 bullet kills.
Having armbands helps the brain identify immediate threat from non-threat, and make the game look more realistic as well. That's not to say we should get rid of the markers but I'd highly suggest to have an option to disable them for those who want them disabled.
Sometimes I shoot without thinking so having these armbands would HELP prevent teamkills and make it look FAR more realistic, because the squares break immersion.
