Add New Map: Orange Tower-Inspired Arena

Add an outdoor map inspired by the classic Orange Tower-style maps from Source games. The map could feature a simple, abstract visual style with multiple vertical layers, towers, ramps, platforms, and open sightlines. Its unusual layout could provide an experience similar to the Backrooms map while focusing more heavily on vertical combat and outdoor spaces. The design could particularly suit Capture the Flag and other objective-based game modes.
