Divide each map into clearly named areas and display the player’s current location with a small HUD label. Names such as “Long Corridor” or “White Stairs” would give players consistent callouts, making it easier to communicate their own position or report enemy locations while playing or piloting a drone.
This could be useful but I think you can make callouts based on landmarks. IMO a watch compass would be better for bearing. If you are playing with friends you can also make your own callouts, that's what I did.
