Add Bodycam Video Compression Effects

Add visual compression artifacts similar to those seen in real bodycam footage. During rapid movement, camera turns, or visually complex scenes, parts of the image could briefly become blocky or lose fine detail as the simulated camera struggles to encode the footage. The effect should remain subtle enough to preserve gameplay clarity while making the bodycam presentation feel more authentic.

    This is good. I'm sick of seeing people wanting to remove things and make more of a generic fps shooter. I'd love if compression was added

    I don't myself see the appeal of the bodycam distortion, so I'll say no. I would actually prefer totally clean image without the corner distortions and shadowing, like the game footage looks like in YouTube shorts. But leave all the mechanics in tact and the occasional hand adjustment.
