Add an Option to Disable Friendly Fire

Add an option to disable friendly fire in team-based matches. Teammates can currently damage and eliminate one another, which allows some players to deliberately team-kill. Disabling friendly fire would help reduce griefing and prevent teammates from intentionally disrupting matches.

Nononono this is a realistic game. If you have games with disabled teamkilling people will never learn to be properly careful about that.
