Allow players to preview flashlight and laser colours in the tablet before purchasing them. This would make the differences between each option clearer and prevent players from accidentally buying a colour they do not want.
Anon30 Aug
Allow players to equip and test locked customization items while in the lobby before purchasing or unlocking them. This would let players try attachments such as scopes and evaluate their magnification, appearance, and handling.
The items would remain locked for regular matches until obtained, but players could make more informed decisions before spending currency or progressing toward an unlock.
SnuXSley02 Sept
A way to see how the optics would look on your weapon before buying. Theres nothing worse than buying an optic that would look awful on that certain weapon. So a little preview where you could be hands on with the weapon, somehow test it in the shooting range ect.
prime02 Sept
Make it possible to try and test attachments in the lobby giving players a vision to what they need to grind for to get the attachement wanted for their gun.

absolutely!
Apoyu Siken02 Sept
Allow players to inspect weapon attachments they have not yet purchased and preview how they look when equipped.
The preview should display the attachment on the selected weapon and show its effects on weapon statistics. This would help players understand what they are buying and make more informed purchase decisions.
Aassim Al-Brahim02 Sept
I think we should try it too, to see how effective and impactful it is to the weapon
Garebear03 Sept
Add a option to tinker/modify weapons before buying the attachments/guns in the lobby
^I personally think keeping it locked to just optics for now would work well since i know a lot of people have preferences there... good starting point?
Kiflih03 Sept
Add an option to preview the actual view through the optic before buying it.
Heimer03 Sept
when I go to buy a sight, it would be nice to preview it maybe in the range or even just being able to see what it looks like looking down the sights.
big sammmy03 Sept
Make every compatible weapon attachment temporarily available while using the shooting range, regardless of whether it has been purchased.
Players could freely create and test different weapon configurations before deciding how to spend their Reissad Points. Attachments used this way would remain limited to the shooting range and would not be permanently unlocked.

For how steep the attachment prices are, there is a lot of buyers remorse when it wasn't how I expected, especially with sights.
5msguy03 Sept
you hate when you go to the store and buy the wrong optic and cant literally see it how it looks ??
well it should be that you can see A optic live in the store / loadout menu when you buy an optic
that way you cant buy a bad looking or the wrong one

Deven Patel03 Sept
The level of detail for optics, stocks, underbarrels, grips, etc, is amazing.
However, since they cost a decent amount, constructing a gun you like can take a while.
It would be nice to see what the actual ADS of an optic looks like or how specific attachments actually effect your weapon performance before purchasing.
Epinephire03 Sept
In the lobby seeing what attachments look / feel without having to buy it will be massive. Instead of consulting and fearing over if you pick the wrong attachment, you can just simply add them in the lobby and test it out in the shooting range!
TFLancersE03 Sept
Some attachments really don't line up. sights in particular. they also lack descriptions and on some weapons like the AK-74 you start with i had thought by the appearance of one of the flashlights that it also came with a laser attached.
players would also be able to the weapons out with their own attachment they own to see if it will work rather then the stand alone options at the armory.
short descriptions in the tablet of said attachments and weapons would also be useful.
neutral04 Sept
Given how expensive the economy in the game is there is no way to find out what works or even if something works from the training area without buying it. You can play with all the guns but none of the attachments.
Sebastian04 Sept
If possible while in the firing range it would be nice to try the different attachments. Particularly for me, the optics. With so many different sights and with you using your own method for the zoom while ADS it would be nice to try them out.
NoxrocksGames04 Sept
I think it would be great to add a way to test attachments before purchasing them.
In the lobby, through the Loadout menu, players could select an attachment they don't own and have a “Test” option alongside the purchase option. This would let us temporarily equip the attachment and try it out on the weapon before spending our R.
For example, if I want to buy an optic like the Delta PPRO, I could press Test and enter a small shooting range/test area where I can actually use the weapon with the optic equipped. This would let me see how the sight picture feels, test the ADS, recoil, visibility, and overall handling before deciding whether to purchase it.
Once I'm finished testing, the attachment would simply be removed unless I decide to purchase it.
I think this would be especially useful for more expensive attachments, since you currently have to spend R just to find out whether you actually like how an attachment feels. It would also encourage players to experiment with different attachments and make the loadout system more useful while in the lobby.
Axel04 Sept
its really important to be able to try things for free before you decide or not to buy them, because if you want a scope for example, you buy it and then you dont like and have to farm again to buy another one
TheHolyCrusader04 Sept
Just add a preview button that allows us to customize and use a gun in the shooting range we don't own
gatsandcats04 Sept
Ability to test out attachments on weapons in firing range without having to purchase them from the store.
neo05 Sept
Yeah, or just for free.. in real life you would be able to at least look through the lens to make sure you want it
or you can add an option to refund
Kuzuri06 Sept
Allow player to try equipment before buying it.
Sometimes scope looks cool, then you realize it has too dark glass or something...
Edit:
I found out the similair request is already existing

z1ggy06 Sept
We would love to test the attachment or have a Picture-in-picture render maybe, to see how the attachment looks IRL / ingame before buying it for points.
I would not spend a lot of time grinding just to buy a cat in a sack :P
Dorull07 Sept
yeah, would be nice with the ability to test out loadouts and guns, etc before you buy them.
SillyMe07 Sept
Agree, but if this does get implemented (which I hope) the pace of the progression should be hardened again to at least be the same rate as release of September 2nd update. This testing of locked items feature will allow us to be more careful with our purchases, but having this feature with the current rate of progression post patches would be way too easy.
KerX07 Sept
would be nice to try before you buy something you grinded two hours for.
Alex :)08 Sept
Yeah I would add a way to test weapon parts for free, only in the gun range though. In my opinion the problem isnt really the "high" attachment prices, but rather that you buy blind. For example I saved up 6k Reissad Points in the very beginning, to buy the revolver and turn it into a kind of pocket sniper with a long or medium range scope, only to find out that I cant mount one on a revolver. Some way to avoid the dissapointment of buying blind and not liking the attachment would be great :)
DropKickPanda08 Sept
The most recent update introduced weapon attachments and gun customisation, which is a huge improvement to the game. Being able to build and customise weapons around your preferred playstyle adds a lot more depth.
While most attachments provide straightforward weapon enhancements and don't necessarily need to be tested beforehand, there is one major issue: scopes and sights.
Currently, we can preview how a sight or scope looks mounted on the weapon, but we can't see what it actually looks like from the first-person perspective when aiming down sights (ADS). This means I'm spending points I've earned through playing matches on a sight without really knowing what the reticle, sight picture, visibility, or overall ADS experience will be like in-game.
Please allow weapon attachments to be equipped and tested freely in the Training Room before purchasing them.
The Training Room would be the perfect place for players to experiment with different gun builds, sights, scopes, grips, and other attachments without having to spend their points first. Players could build a weapon, test how it feels, see exactly what different sights look like while ADS, and then decide whether they want to purchase those attachments for use in actual matches.
This would make the new customisation system much more enjoyable to experiment with and would encourage players to try different builds rather than avoiding attachments because they don't want to waste their earned points on something they may not like.
The attachment system is a great addition, giving us the ability to properly test our builds in the Training Room would make it even better.
Ahmed08 Sept
Also a system where you can try out diffrent weapons with a diffrent combaniation of attachments(espicially scopes) would be cool. Like imagine being able to test out the diffrent weapons and attachment combos for free withing the lobby/gun range area and then if you like what you built you have the option to either save that loadout or buy it instantly (provided you have enough points)
Broliphic12 Sept
Keep weapon testing free, make attachments rentable for like 35% of buy price (while in training room only, but including shoot house).
John13 Sept
it is best to test attachments before purchasing, they cost a lot and sometimes you buy something and feels bad and u cant sell it.
Zababu15 Sept
I think free would be better. The whole meta thing will happen whether you like it or not, and let's be honest, it's not that difficult to focus down a gun and all of its attachments within a day or so and the fact that if you unlock an attachment for one gun you unlock them for all guns is really nice and convenient. devs can also just change values of certain attachments every now and again. just make it free. Let me test it in the main menu and then give me the option to save or mark certain attachments for future purchase.

I was going to make suggestion but i am glad i found this before posting. It's incredibly frustrating not knowing how your weapon would feel/look with a certain part. Right now i screwed myself and got scope that doesn't do me much work and i have to get another one. Some add a blueish hue iirc and i don't want that. There has got to be a way to test attachments before actual purchase. I don't know, maybe adding a vendor? Like you can test them in the shooting range and if you like it you can go to the vendor you can purchase them? I don't find it very realistic though..
