Improve Running View Bobbing

The view bobbing while running currently feels too smooth and unnatural, especially when compared with the improved walking animation. Please rework the running camera movement so that it feels more natural and consistent with the walking view bobbing.

It gets to a point of realism that it won't be fun but just annoying.

I want the radio on/off animation to be less dramatic, its so annoying, full screen shake to turn on mic.
