Additional Programmers
Gameplay, Tools, Network
Remote by default · On-site possible in Austin (TX, USA) or France (Lyon / Nanterre), to be discussed
Tell us what you do best: we keep looking for strong Unreal programmers for gameplay, tools and network.
Not every great programmer fits one title. If you are strong on Unreal Engine and want to work on a realistic FPS, tell us where you are at your best. We reach out as needs open up on the team, full-time or on a project.
What you will do
- Work on gameplay systems, editor tools and pipelines, or netcode, depending on your strengths
- Take ownership of features from start to finish
- Profile, debug and improve what already exists
- Work closely with designers, artists and other programmers
What we are looking for
- Strong C++ skills
- Real experience with Unreal Engine
- At least one specialty you can show: gameplay, tools or network
- Autonomy and clear communication
Nice to have
- Unreal networking and replication
- Slate and editor extensions
- Python
- A shipped multiplayer game
What we offer
- Work on Bodycam, a hyper-realistic FPS played by hundreds of thousands of players
- A small senior team of about 20 people where your work ships to players every update
- Unreal Engine 5 on high-end hardware
- Remote by default, on-site possible in Austin (TX, USA) or France (Lyon / Nanterre), to be discussed. Flexible hours
Portfolio
Code samples, tools or features you built, with a short note on the problem and your part.
How it works
1. We review your portfolio. 2. A first call with the team (30 min). 3. A short practical test or a portfolio review. 4. A final interview with the founders.
