    Add Interactive Doors & Breaching

Allow doors to be opened, closed, breached, kicked, peeked through, locked, barricaded, or otherwise used as tactical environmental objects.

Add a Way to Unbind a Keybind

Add an option to completely unassign individual keyboard or mouse bindings. Controls currently appear to remain permanently assigned, even when the player does not want to use that action. Allowing keybinds to be cleared would reduce unnecessary control conflicts and make customised layouts easier to manage.

    Add More Tactical Objective-Based Modes

Add more game modes that complement Bodycam’s realistic gunplay with tactical objectives rather than focusing primarily on eliminations. Potential modes could include Search and Destroy, where defenders secure an interior location while attackers use drones to gather information, or an HVT mode in which one team must protect a specific player. Versus could also include objectives such as capturing and holding a position using team equipment. Modes inspired by Rainbow Six Siege, Squad, and Battlefield could feature multiple or progressive objectives, encouraging players to slow down, coordinate, and place greater value on survival.

    Add Auto-Leaning Near Cover

Add an optional system that detects nearby walls, corners, and other suitable cover. When the player aims or attempts to peek around the edge, the character would automatically lean in the appropriate direction. This would make peeking feel more natural and reduce the number of dedicated keybinds required, while allowing players who prefer manual leaning to keep the existing controls.

Add Limited Ammo and Ways to Scavenge It During Matches

Give players a limited amount of ammunition per life and add ways to obtain more during a match. Players could scavenge compatible magazines or ammunition from defeated enemies, find supplies around the map, or earn an additional magazine after completing specific objectives or reaching a certain number of eliminations. This would make ammunition management an important part of survival while giving successful players opportunities to remain in the fight.

Add a Strobe Mode to Weapon Flashlights

Add an strobe mode to compatible weapon-mounted flashlights. When activated, the flashlight would flash rapidly and briefly disorient enemies looking directly at it, providing a tactical advantage during close-quarters encounters and in dark environments. The effect should remain balanced and include an accessibility option to reduce or replace rapid flashing for photosensitive players.

    Add Adjustable Flashlight Beam Modes

Allow players to switch between different flashlight beam patterns. A wide beam could provide broader illumination at close range, while a narrower, more focused beam could reach farther and reduce the weapon’s shadow in the centre of the light. Players could toggle between these modes while playing, giving them greater control over their flashlight in different environments and engagement distances.

    Review Regional Pricing

Review the game’s regional pricing to better reflect local purchasing power and economic conditions. In countries such as Poland, the current price can represent a significantly larger portion of the average income than it does in other regions. A more consistent regional pricing policy would make the game more accessible and fairly priced for players across different markets.

    Increase open air map ceiling

Maps like the Powergun CQB or Trenchs offers great opportunity to learn how to pilot a FPV drone. However, the current hard ceiling of 15m is extremely low for training purposes, and it is quite irritating when trying to struggle with a xbox 360 controller where I gotta fight against a self-centering spring that will result in the instant doom of the kamikaze drone... it would be nice if the ceiling was much higher to offer more leeway for drones. If anything, a map specifically made to train piloting drones?

    Add Extended and Drum Magazines

Add higher-capacity magazine options for compatible weapons. Examples could include 40-round and 60-round rifle magazines, as well as 50-round or 75-round drum magazines for AK-platform weapons. Their increased ammunition capacity could be balanced through slower reloads, reduced ADS and weapon-handling speed, additional weight, and faster arm fatigue. This would give players more sustained firepower at the cost of mobility and responsiveness.

    Add a Freelook Camera

Add a freelook control that allows players to look around without changing the direction of their weapon or movement. While holding a dedicated input, players could observe their surroundings while continuing to aim or move in a fixed direction, similar to the freelook systems found in games such as ARMA.

Bring Back the 1v1 Game Mode

Reintroduce the dedicated 1v1 game mode. This mode provided focused matches where two players could compete without additional teammates or bots. Bringing it back would give players a simple way to duel friends, practise their combat skills, or participate in competitive one-on-one matches.

Add Different Ballistics for Each Ammunition Caliber

Make each ammunition caliber behave differently based on its real-world characteristics. For example, 9×19 mm and .380 ACP rounds could have different penetration, deformation, damage, and ballistic performance. These differences would make ammunition types feel more distinct and improve the realism of the weapon system.

Add a Tactical Battle Royale Mode

Add a high-stakes battle royale mode built around Bodycam’s realism and tactical gameplay. Potential features could include: * Manual scope zeroing similar to Arma Reforger for long-range engagements * A dynamic day and night cycle with weather such as fog, rain, and thunderstorms * A large map combining dense urban environments with open areas suitable for engagements beyond 1,000 metres * Ghillie suits and other concealment equipment that reward positioning, patience, and stealth This could create a distinctive battle royale experience featuring both intense close-quarters combat and methodical long-range encounters.

    Add Magnification-Specific Sensitivity Settings (ADS)

Allow players to adjust mouse sensitivity using smaller increments for more precise customization. Add separate sensitivity settings for hip fire, general aiming, and different optic magnifications. For example, players could configure individual values for iron sights, red-dot sights, medium-range optics, and high-magnification scopes. This would allow players to maintain comfortable aiming speeds across different weapons and optics without being limited to a single global sensitivity value.

    Add an Unstuck Option

Add an option to the tablet that allows players to eliminate their current character when they become trapped in the environment and cannot escape. The option could include a short confirmation countdown to prevent accidental use. The player would then respawn according to the normal rules of the current game mode, avoiding situations where they must remain stuck for the rest of the round.

Allow Custom Rules in Private Matches

Allow the lobby host to customize rules for private matches, including the round duration, kill or score limit, and number of rounds required to win. This would let small groups tailor matches to their preferences. For example, players could create longer 1v1 Deathmatch sessions without the match ending before either player reaches the default kill limit.

    Add Gestures and Tactical Emotes

Add character gestures and tactical emotes that players can use during matches. These could include hand signals for pointing, stopping, advancing, regrouping, or warning teammates, alongside more expressive gestures for interacting with other players.

    Adjust Regional Pricing for Poland

Review Bodycam’s price in Polish złoty and adjust it to better reflect local purchasing power rather than relying solely on Steam’s default regional conversion. The Polish price can be higher than the equivalent euro price, making the game disproportionately expensive for local players. Fairer regional pricing would improve accessibility and encourage more Polish players to purchase the game directly through Steam.

Add a Final Kill or Best Play Replay

At the end of a round or match, show a replay of either the final elimination or the most impressive play. This would highlight memorable moments and give players recognition for exceptional performances without adding a killcam after every death.

    Prevent Hot-Joining Ongoing Competitive Matches

Do not place players into competitive matches that have already started, especially when only one or two rounds remain. Joining late can leave players with no meaningful opportunity to contribute while still exposing them to an unfair rank loss. Competitive matches should only begin with players who are present from the start.

Add Severe Non-Lethal Head Injury Effects

When a player survives a head injury, add stronger consequences such as temporary disorientation, impaired vision or hearing, and delayed movement before they recover or bleed out. These effects should remain readable and balanced, while making serious head injuries feel more impactful without guaranteeing an instant kill every time.

Enable Steam Inventory Trading for Weapons and Skins

Allow players to transfer, sell, or trade eligible weapons, skins, and other cosmetic items through their Steam inventory. If Steam Community Market integration is supported, include appropriate safeguards to prevent scams, accidental trades, and unauthorized account activity.

    Add Rare Weapon Inspect Animations

Add a small chance for weapon inspections to play an alternative rare animation. These could include weapon-specific flourishes, such as spinning a revolver, catching an ejected round, or performing an unusual handling sequence. Similar animations could also be created for other equipment held by the player. These variants would remain purely cosmetic and sufficiently rare to add occasional surprise without replacing the standard, realistic inspection animations.

Add Match Administration Tools for Hosts

Give match hosts access to administration tools so they can manage games more effectively. These controls could include: -Moving players between teams in team-based modes -Kicking players or issuing temporary bans -Muting players, with a clear indication that they have been muted -Broadcasting admin messages to everyone in the match -Night/Day -Weathers -Strict acro mode for drones

Add a Brief Death Camera Delay Before Respawning

Add a short death-camera sequence before players respawn in fast-paced modes. Delaying the transition by a few seconds would make deaths feel more impactful and give players a moment to understand what happened. This could also prevent players from immediately respawning while an enemy is still nearby or repositioning after the kill.

Prevent New Players from Joining Ranked Matches in Progress

Prevent matchmaking from placing new players into ranked matches that have already started. Players can currently join near the end of a ranked match and lose ELO for a result they had little opportunity to influence, particularly when joining a team that is already at a disadvantage. Ranked matches should begin with complete teams and remain closed to new participants after starting. Players originally assigned to the match should still be allowed to reconnect following a disconnection.

Add Explosion Debris to the Bodycam Lens

Nearby explosions and impacts should temporarily cover the bodycam lens with environmental particles such as dirt, dust, mud, or water droplets. The type and intensity of the effect could depend on the surrounding surface and the player’s distance from the explosion. These particles could gradually fade or be removed using the camera lens wiping mechanic.

Add an Option to Disable Friendly Fire

Add an option to disable friendly fire in team-based matches. Teammates can currently damage and eliminate one another, which allows some players to deliberately team-kill. Disabling friendly fire would help reduce griefing and prevent teammates from intentionally disrupting matches.

Allow More Than One Primary Weapon in Zombie Mode

Before the update, players could carry multiple primary weapons, such as a rifle and a shotgun. This gave players more flexibility and made Zombie Mode more enjoyable, especially when dealing with different situations. Currently, being limited to only one primary weapon can feel restrictive. A shotgun is great for close-range encounters, but a rifle is often needed for longer distances. Having to constantly choose between them reduces strategic options and can make surviving less enjoyable. I am not suggesting this for PvP modes, as it could affect balance. However, for Zombie Mode, allowing players to carry two primary weapons again (for example, a rifle and a shotgun, or a rifle and an SMG) would improve gameplay, teamwork, and overall enjoyment. This would also encourage players to search for weapons around the map and make loadout decisions based on the situation rather than being forced to abandon useful weapons.
